MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has conferred an order of honour on Saleh bin Said al Jabri, Captain of the sailing vessel Jewel of Muscat, in appreciation for his efforts in sailing with the vessel to Singapore. The order was handed over by His Highness Sayyid Haitham bin Tareq al Said, Minister of Heritage and Culture, when he received Captain Al Jabri in his office here yesterday in the presence of Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Secretary-General of the Foreign Ministry, and Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Raisi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO). — ONA
